KORA About
About KORA

The Firm We Always Wished Existed.

KORA was founded by three professionals with a combined 30+ years of experience in the UAE corporate services industry. We built the firm around expertise, integrity, empathy and genuine client focus.

Our Story
We saw the gaps in the market — and decided to build something fundamentally better.

Having previously worked together, our founding team developed a shared understanding of the challenges clients face in the UAE corporate services industry. Too often, clients were kept uninformed, treated transactionally, or given generic solutions that failed to consider their broader goals.

LEADERSHIP
Leadership

Experienced UAE corporate services specialists.

KORA is led by three professionals with deep experience across UAE business setup, international structuring, compliance, governance and long-term client advisory.

Andreea

Andreea

Co Founder | Director

Andreea spent the first years of her career in offshore and UAE free zone company formation, setting up structures across more than 25 jurisdictions and coordinating corporate banking worldwide. This means she approaches every UAE setup with the wider international picture in mind.

Over the past 15 years spent in the UAE, she has worked with international firms, founders, investors, family offices and HNW/UHNW clients entering and expanding in the UAE. Much of her work involves complex setups that require government-regulated approvals. She also specializes in ADGM and DIFC entities, family office structures, legacy planning, asset-protection entities, and complex mainland and free-zone formations.

A key part of what she does is helping client’s structure the business efficiently, both within the UAE and in relation to their home country, so that relocating or expanding here delivers real, long-term value.

At KORA, Andreea leads business development, partnerships and growth strategy, and has helped create the firm's service offering, client journey and internal processes. Her strength is in building relationships and translating complex requirements into clear, practical guidance, and then making sure the plan is executed.

Joelle

Joelle

Co Founder | Director

Joelle began her career in South African financial services, holding client-facing advisory roles at established asset and wealth management firms, where she completed a degree in Business Management and an Honours degree in Financial Planning. After relocating to Dubai in 2017, she spent nearly a decade within the UAE corporate services industry, advising clients on business setup, licensing and corporate structuring while also leading operations, compliance and regulatory functions. This combination of advisory and operational experience gives her a broader perspective on client matters — balancing regulatory, commercial and practical considerations.

As KORA, Joelle works with entrepreneurs, family offices, HNW and UHNW individuals, senior executives and established businesses on company formation, structuring and ongoing corporate support within the UAE. Her areas of focus include ADGM and DIFC structures, multi-entity group and holding company arrangements, regulated sector setups, governance and board secretarial support, as well as assisting individuals and families relocating to the UAE.

She also serves as KORA's Compliance Officer and MLRO, overseeing the firm's compliance framework and internal governance. Her experience across structuring, governance and compliance enables her to take a considered and practical approach to client matters. She is known for bringing clarity, structure and accountability to complex situations, and for translating technical requirements into clear, practical action.

Nadine

Nadine

Co Founder | Director

Nadine began her professional career with IBL Bank in Lebanon, where she spent 10 years developing strong expertise in banking operations, client relationship management, compliance, and financial services. Following her relocation to the UAE in 2007, she built her career in corporate services, specializing in business setup, company structuring, taxation, and regulatory compliance. Over the years, she has developed extensive knowledge of the UAE's business landscape, supporting local and international clients in establishing and growing their presence in the region.

At KORA, Nadine specializes in company formation and structuring across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions, with particular expertise in DMCC, RAKICC, and other leading UAE business hubs. Having established a strong reputation in offshore structuring, especially through RAKICC entities, she advises entrepreneurs, family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and multinational companies on holding structures, asset protection, succession planning, and international expansion.

With a deep understanding of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, AML/KYC requirements, and corporate governance frameworks, Nadine provides strategic guidance that extends well beyond company incorporation. She combines technical expertise with a personalized, relationship-driven approach, helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency, ultimately supporting their long-term business success in the UAE and internationally.

Why KORA Exists

A corporate services partner that thinks beyond the transaction.

Throughout our careers, we repeatedly observed the same pattern: clients were poorly serviced, kept uninformed through the process, and treated as mere transactions rather than valued partners.

Many providers focused heavily on sales and volume, resulting in limited transparency, minimal advisory input and little proactive communication. KORA was built to deliver the opposite: informed advice, fair pricing, clear communication and long-term care.

Our Value Proposition

Balanced, informed and relationship-led.

A premium service does not mean inflated fees. It means thoughtful advice, transparent communication and a genuine commitment to client outcomes.

Built with empathy, precision and accountability.

We aim to support clients through every stage — from market entry to structuring, compliance, visas and operational support.

01

Fair Pricing

Competitive pricing that accurately reflects the work, expertise and care involved.

02

Proactive Service

High-quality, informed support with communication that keeps clients confident and informed.

03

Personalised Advisory

A relationship-led approach where we anticipate client needs rather than simply react to them.
